Product Description
Available in 20-gallon, 30-gallon, 65-gallon and 95-gallon sizes, these high-performance poly-overpack salvage drums are versatile units that can be stocked with sorbents for emergency spill response or used as salvage drums to ship damaged containers or hazardous waste. Constructed of 100% polyethylene, they resist chemicals, rust and corrosion for years of use. Easy-to-close lids have a closed-cell gasket to provide sealed, secure closure that prevents leaks and protects contents. These plastic salvage drums have angled sidewalls that nest within same-sized salvage drums when not in use. Plastic salvage drums are lightweight, resist corrosion and damage from ultraviolet (UV), and are impervious to dents. Salvage drums store and transport damaged or leaky containers filled with liquids and substances classified as hazardous materials by the Department of Transportation (DOT). Additionally, they have labels that identify them as "Salvage Drums" and must undergo regulated pressure tests to ensure they can't leak. Perfect for transportation of bottles, cans, and 5-gallon pails that contain hazardous goods which are likely to leak. CAUTION: Dispose of all sorbent materials in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
